When can I have a party?

Friday (7pm to 9pm), Saturday (6pm- 8pm and 8:30 pm-10pm) and Sunday (11am-12:30pm; 1pm-2:30pm Kidzone ONLY; 3pm - 4:30pm Teen Boost Zone and 5:00pm - 6:30pm Adult Pouring Classes).

The benefits of a Private Party.

1. Choose from a variety of designs (sessions are 2 hours) add additional hour for $75.

2. You'll have the studio room to yourself with the instructor providing you step by step instructions.

3. You can provide finger foods only, a decorator if you would like a theme party.

4. The room will be available 30 minutes before and after the paint party to decorate, mingle and celebrate – NO CHARGE.

5. Mobile Paint Party is available.

Here’s how to book your party?

• Go online to www.elevatingvisionsofcolors@squarespace.com (Book A Private Paint Party). Staff will reach out to you within 48 hrs.                                             

• To request a private party, we require a minimum of 10 guests max 30.

• 50% of deposit is required at the time of reservations.

• The host may choose the painting or theme.

• A personal passcode and sign up link will be provided for individual registrations.

• Charges will be $37.00 per person for a 2 hour party , $40pp for a 3 hour party or $25.00 per child for a 2 hour kid's party. The spokesperson or host will reserve the desired day & time with a deposit. There will be a 14 day cancellation notice: Deposit will be non-refundable after 14 day notice of cancellation is given. Deposit will also be used if the minimum of 10 people isn't met at the time of the party. Individuals can pay the spokesperson, who then pays in one lump sum at the time of the party.

Two weeks prior to event:

• The minimum paid # of reservations is DUE.

Less than 2 weeks prior to event:

• Private party plans made less than 2 weeks prior to event require minimum (10) paid in full at the time of booking with a $75 dollar rush fee.

• You will be charged for the minimum number of people if the attendance does not meet the required number.

• In the event a Private Party is cancelled within 72 hours, store credits only will be issued to those who have already made a reservation.

Cute ideas for your party... 

• You may bring in your choice of food and WINE. Birthday cakes, caterers, tailgate snacks, NO adult beverages; wine ONLY. We have wine openers. You must provide your OWN cups for beverages and plates/utensils for any snacks you bring in to the studio!

• Use the image of the painting throughout the event planning process. Although all art is subject to copyright protection, we do allow the use of the image for invitations, decorations, and cakes. Please ask about the reproduction of the image in any other instance related to your private event.

What’s an open party?

Don’t have the minimum number of people to have a private party?  No problem!  Sign up your small group in a regular scheduled class.  Let us know and we will set up a VIP section for your group.  No contracts, no hassles.
